There’s Something Behind Those Mountains

Immovable, hard and live free
A member of nature’s day school
Student.

I stood for a while, and wondered
How this mountains came about their
beauty.

Regular guest of the heavens
And rooted deep beneath the hard
earth’s face

If they have a life of their own
I couldn’t help but ask myself
Standing.

Through the thick greyish smoke they puff
I read a million stories of
Lost lives

Some i met in the eyes of love
Others on earth’s busy street walk
Pleading.

They do come in different size
Larger than a myopic thought, and
quite high

High enough to hide a future
Until one truly overcomes
Their fears.
