Wonders Remain

I have seen the blindest bats see afar,
And beasts wrestle with the hand of beauty.
Wherefore twinkle is the fault of a star,
And night refused to show up for duty.

Sin does not permit the sinner to sin
I have seen a sinner turn God as well
A man can live on food found in a bin
And a tortoise cannot protect its shell.

At night daylight shrinks into a kind moon
Telepathy is our travel in time
Hunger is driven by sight of a spoon
Birth is the music sung on every clime.

Eternity is a place far from here
Our skins are those clothes we forget we wear.
