I once met an angry Wasp.

‘Sorry’ sometimes doesn’t succeed a goodbye,
Moving on, is a meal made from much hurt
Sleepless dark nights and multiple tear squirt.
Flooded eyes now having reasons to dry,
Ignoring quotes screaming ‘Please one more try’,
Rowing revenge boat to a stream of flirt,
Liking all three legs to a bag of dirt,
Leaving emotions to leak. Make them cry.

Ask and answer while your face house the stream,
Want to go? Leave, and leave behind a mark.
If you want no love but wet to your dream,
Quitting darkness guarantees not a gleam,
For the sun to shine, it has to be dark,
Else, you’ll be lost in light finding a beam.
