To the earth, we must pay a debt
For living​, serving and dying.
A devotion mandating yet

To the day i and forgiveness met
A restitution untying

Sowing is to reaping in sweat
Water used in place of crying

Good work and kindness we will get,
A promise so undenying.

Penance is a way we regret
The why to why we are sighing

Retribution,our holy threat,
Is our wisdom reapplying.
