The “Niner”

A

Little by little the egg cracked open
One eye
Two eyes
A beak
Peeking as if to advise for sudden
Oh my
More eyes
Her trick
They came home to watch the next fruit ripen.

B

Gather around and call for the meeting
Today
We give
Away
To choices that bleed but stitch our fresh wounds.
We heal.
We kneel
We pray
And wait.

C

For the love of flowers, gardens are made
Leaves
Maple
Roses shine
Tulips line
Riverine
Supple
Eaves
And the beds grow quick for weeds to now raid.

D

And so
Beauty
Comes black .
Does glow
Envy
For dark?
Grey stays
Hue slays
Ink pays

E

Shall God accept this gift without plea?
His
Is
This
Miss.
This
Kiss
Is
His.

F

Foot marks
Where are
Your feet?.
Birthmarks
still stay
Native.
Death lies
Between.
Birthmarks are between where death lies still. – Leon

A
Ride and grind round through rough swelling patterns
Grasping
Gingerly
Swoon in
To tunnels of emotional hard turns
Clasping
Eagerly
To sin
Hanging upside down, a sea of latterns

B
Neon lights jutting down towards the earth
Blinding
Fiery
Forceful
Gravity counters a fall that unearths
Life throes
Pulling
Through tough
Steep slopes

C
I closed my eyes, spreading my arms out wide
Up
And down
Winding flow
Riding slow
Tracks below
Like crown.
Cup
Of short breaths steamed pink soft lips till strum-eyed.-Vera

A

I’m scared this love may come and cause me pain
For real.
I skip
heartbeats.
I fear love may never find me again.
lust drill
my lip.
Pink meats
kill my eyes with soft waters from its drain

B

This same story has not come to an end
has it?
Someone
should please
tell me, for my heart feels so descended.
This beat
holds one
soft breeze
in hend.
Your treat.

C

I see many faces but none is yours
dear.
Will you
find a me
while you’re free
and agree?
Love’s true
here.
Don’t let the sky drown me with rain that pours

D

These thoughts shall break free from the pen’s hand
See
flee.
Thee!
Plea!
Be
he,

E
A son
bore first
church marks.
Dear don
err crest
full harks,
go share
her fear
in here. -Rudolph
