Lilian Adekunbi Ruth Darasimi Ogunsuyi
was born and raised in Jos, Nigeria
Even though she is originally from Oyo state.
She is the second of three children.
She lost both parents at ages 4 and 6
and grew up with her grandparents.
Lardo is currently studying History and International Relations
at the University of Jos.
She aspires to write books, study philosophy, travel wide,
and to be in love and be loved back.
As a performance poet, freelance writer
and a volunteer for the Custodian of African Literature (CoAL),
she has won Jos Poetry Slam in 2018, and
Abuja Literary Grand Slam 2019, and has been
published by Writers Space African Magazine, 2020
One fact about Lilian is
her right eye cannot decipher the true colour of things
without the help of her glasses.
she has argued her way into believing
she is not antisocial, but she does not enjoy a crowd.
