Get dressed and be gone

hiding and seeking is my favorite
type of play – you become the soil
and i become the digger or vice versa
one thing is sure, there’d be digging;
for gold, for crude, for bond, for fun.
before the world turns to dusk,
I’ll watch you run, I’ll watch you gasp
I’ll hear everything you say
and pay them no mind for when
all these are done, we’d be gone.
