A train in the night

this one is not about the fun
it is the places you reach,
the things you can be when
you travel without a crowd.
alone with your thoughts
there are walls you would breach,
giants you’d conquer so mere men
know loose guarding is not allowed.
all these in your thoughts when the
train speeds through your speech
it takes you up and down again
till your thoughts become a heavy cloud
this is one time you must preach
tell yourself the truth and say amen.
