Leaving

how do you take your feet
away from a breaking ground?
do you walk in cricket steps
dilly dallying into a burning fire?
how do you tell byes that
are good to be true?
how does your heart
and an unattached body
hold themselves and not let go
when the rain refuses to fall into you?
I am asking to know what to write
about a bud leaving self
humbly finding comfort
in unfinished poems.
how do you leave the stage?
