a man can’t potter
he lives as a squatter
for women, for others
for friends, for brothers.

a man is a jotter
writing stories forever
being the push and lever
being an example for mothers.

life is a man’s alma mater
he doesn’t care about his druthers
for he’s to show strength, however
a man is a spotter.
