I have searched in the warmth of an embrace
In the spread of a smile, to no avail.
And in the bitterness of the cold.
I’ve looked for a cozy place,
I can hide and call my own,
Till you came and gave me room in your heart.
I have built a roof in your veins
The warmth here is bloody
Your blood tastes like water from my mother’s pot
I have searched in the chill of a lie
And found this place-
