New Messages

If there’s a reason that I fight,
talk things out after every rift,
defend their names wherever,
if there’s a reason that I try
to provide a shoulder when in need,
lend them a hand and lend two eyes,
it’s because it took me time
to engrave their initials
in the bottom of my heart,
and named them – friends, brothers.
there will be a need for new writings,
new people to call friends – growth,
but for the ones here today, now,
hopefully, we will only send
banter, love, growth, positive vibes
as new messages to each other.
