Violence at home

if for you to be free
your hands must be raised,
cut off the hand.

if to satisfy your ego
you cannot walk away,
you are a bastard.

if maturity to you
is to emotionally blackmail,
aren’t you a fool?

there’s no excuse
for any type of violence,
leave, that’s not home.

one who remains with
an abusive person because of ‘love’
is waiting in vain, they are leopard spots.
