Black and white dreams

I make silhouette off a rainbow
gushing out the thin pale face of sleep.
On this pillow is a black bow
pulling the arrows that paint the eye
paddling the river so the water is below.
dread the shadows that pull colors back
so don’t run from the fears that make you low
or it will leave you in the creep
and the dreams you must follow.
