What if peace never comes?

hkhkhkkhk

the sun had packed, and was heading home
the children were making fire for the night’s meal
it was time for the older women to look for their missing animals
when the world was to know peace
then they came in their numbers,
with whips, clubs, sacks
the man that does not die today,
would become their prey
his wife and children, slaves
we did not start the fight,
we can’t end the war
for a good cause or a bad cause
the omen of this curse hits all
it never ends well,
for the casualties of war.
