When language fails

I have a lot to say
But my eyes carry them all
My belly chews them up
My soul bears the carcasses
My head carries the weight
Of words I can’t find to tell you
I will write them down
To read to myself
It is not cowardice to hold unto them
A rolled dice cannot settle this score
They go up in flames and light my core
I cling to them with iron fists still
In the blurred lines, I see a cat
It must be the reason why
I cannot speak
