Peace and all its enemies

when the birds refuse to fly,
then the war has reached the sky.
when the vultures gather
and our farmlands become
their homes ever after,
then hope has no name.
when the camel can pass through the eye of a needle
than a man can through an open street,
then the war is close to the sun.
the war has become hell and fire.
If the trouble comes
from the hill we look up to,
from where will our help come?
the land is covered with water.
the dove can find no place to rest.
