Yoh can wash with a little vinegar
Shred your cooked and spiced chicken
Add round slices of cucumber and eggs
A can of sweet corn and greens
Add avocado if you must
The final dressing in a huge blessing
Mash up ketchup and mayonnaise, then you munch away.
