this
is what
it means for
a man to want
nothing but nothing:
there’s a ghoulish chasm
and a stuttering abyss,
screaming for all that’s pacific
inside his callous, divided
and wretched but submerged being.
‘nothing’ is mythical,
it’s nonexistent
and full of life.
