More Poets, Less Poems

It’s not the gathering of letters that make titles
Nor the marking of letters against time

Words may lose meaning in a mime
It’s why the straight file must be curved

Get throats to spill what they were served
Let bodies discard the dying cloak

For a breed needing to be woke
Must by one, preserve a few

If there are less poems the poets need dew
A worshiper must check a few vitals
