A red ray of light

What if the sun is red in hue?
Would that be e’er so beautiful?
Right in after a dark, black night,
Rise the rays of a red sunlight.

What if, if what is to be, comes?
What if the sun is red in hue?
And the sky rains down blood like dew?
Do we’ve anything else to do?

Do you know if heaven’s at war,
The earth cannot be at peace?
What if the sun is red in hue?
Then those in locks should live in dread.

Crown shall slay the head that wears it.
The staff shall thrust the arms that hold it.
We shall run far from the new light.
What if the sun is red in hue?
