How Cats Fly

You wish to do it
If wishes were horses
They’d gallop a million miles
In the land of wishes

The only way up is down
Failure is not falling down
But the staying down
If the cat’s wing refuses to sprout
The legs will grow stronger
And one day, the cat will jump

We are what we do repeatedly
Showing the white of teeth
Keeping down the red of the blood
For I may,but I won’t stay down

Cats fly
By jumping ceaselessly
Their backs never touch the floor
No matter how much you try.

Athletically, he jumps and dives
The cat perfects his acts
An eagle doesn’t catch a fly.

Aquila non capit muscas
Laborare est orare
