Parts of speech poems

When you cook, use a preposition
It is a good soup for any location

Let the sun not be the color brown
not every child know it is a noun.

There are those who can’t say a pronoun
Can say the truth when they frown.

If you slap the moon hard, it will function
because hands comes from a conjunction.

I can be as solemn as an adjective
but my intentions will still be brief.

Speak carefully in front of a verb
if you look well, it feels like a kerb.

Hold your queen like an ad in adverb
be concise, be loving, be a sweet reverb.

I’m so done, please no interjections
no drugs for the sick, no more injections
