It ends in Amen

To the groininings in my tit
To the weight that pulls my back
To the the mumblings from my lips
To my closed eyes; night and day
To the dark scrapping on my knees
To the numbness in my joints
To the tears that stain my eye lids
To the screams forced down my throat
To the hallelujah I met with silence
To the closures that never came
To the songs I forgot to sing
Like a woman in labour, I hope I forget the pain
May my answers come swiftly than the blade of justice and
May I find my Amen.
