For The Silent Ones

As silent as still water,
Ants and ant-eaters accelerate to the alter.
The ants silently singing sad songs,
The ant eaters: creeping snakes with tongues.
Chaos as the antennas disperse
In silent noise with no reverse.
The ant eaters are hungry wolves
Intruding the queen’s ant-hill with precise moves.
Eating the ants with the “sand which is” there,
It is not unfair to eat ants here.
The ants are so courageous, they run
Sliding still to the bosom of the Son.
Another holocaust of more than a million ants.
‘Oh hunger; how you fill our wants’.
