One last experience

Once and once

Let me just swim through this ocean,
Even if I lose everything,
Everything is worth devotion,
Woe, if then I end up ailing.

When its over I’ll remember,
That the last time was worth a try,
It would be late by December,
When the breeze is all cold and dry.

Let me hold your hand one second,
So when you’re gone I don’t ask why,
I let my pride weaken this bond,
You know I’m very prone to cry.

Just once, this chance wouldn’t exceed,
No waste away or time to heed,
To depressing ideas and lies,
In this last chance my delight lies.
