Some Parts of Culture

Don’t eat my kola. Listen

At nine years of age, you are still young;
But washed hands could eat with elders
A man is judged according to his worth
As proverbs are to avoid bloodshed,
Use the palm oil to sniff my words.
One is more respected, than three doomed wives.
My son, great loud talker as the ogene,
Be a farmer of yam, and not of debts,
And you could be the greatest of your time.
More revered than me, your ill-fated father.
