To Build The Economy

We must not all become ‘the Pig’
To bury the sin, we must dig.
Dig up skeletons, feed our dogs
don’t evade the wound, don’t be frogs.
To build the economy, we must watch the twig.

If a horse leads us, he must run
before sunset, before the gun.
We shouldn’t all be selling fish
and still look at stars for a wish.
To build the economy, who would be the one?

Napoleons of the downtown,
Hold out your strengths, make it a crown.
Stop pretending to all be saints
While forefathers still hold restraints.
To build the economy don’t pull the roof down

Ruddapoet [TRCP]
