Leave A Light On.

Nobody says the night sky is bright
without the reflecting moon.
Rain could fall, heavy clouds would gather
Still, the lightening leaves his cocoon.

Only stretched out arm gets a handshake
Today births a tomorrow
Heavy rain would fall, clouds could gather
Still, at night sailors know a Pharo.

Pages are blank until words arrive
Leaves won’t dance on the cold earth
Rain could fall, heavy clouds would gather
When words leave, we recognise their worth.

Know when to use the door, but always
Remember to leave a mark
Heavy rain would fall, clouds could gather
A carpenter is building the ark.
