Ode to Annan Atta

A picture is a type of ignition,
Words don’t always read motivation,
Looking a shadow is a wary gaze,
To every 206 bones lie a reputation.

Reformed minds till, and after sleep came,
Contributed goodwill, better friendships.
Trials to trip falls lead to no case,
Gave gold coast and black race a face.

Eighty is enough for one to earn,
A noble peace prize is one to yearn,
Bodies decay, but history book is kind,
Earth is privileged to have a name in mind.
