To the Orphan

This earth is not the place for you,
Death would make you a better home,
The path to wealth will be the tomb.

Believe me I have been there too,
Buried my father’s memories
And my mother’s wish to find bliss.

There is nothing we both can do,
Orphans are needed destitutes
Who will feed on what lack dilutes.

The world would only love a few,
Those whose mouths are closed when they talk,
They move without having to walk.

Pray for rain if you’ve missed the dew,
The heart is ashamed for nothing,
If we die, we die in fighting.
