Farewell To Things Unachieved

At twenty i will be a billionaire,
I was young, tired and mostly unaware.
I was busy sketching me a dream house.
Fantasizing then, a good wife on blouse.
For all the times i spent building castles,
Conquering kingdoms and buying vassals,
A toast of empty glass i raise to all
Princesses i had no money to ball.
The countries i traveled to in my head,
Earning titles for all the words i said.
Farewell! I whispered to myself again,
Hoping to meet you soon, but can’t say when.
