Today I will speak only good words
I will say to myself be strong! Be sharp like swords

Tuesday comes with carrots and cucumbers.
spinach, cabbage, oranges and bananas

One two! Three, four! Press ups will keep me fit
Wednesday is key, energy must be lit!

Alcohol, just a cup, won’t make me fall.
cigars? No, old age must soon call.

Today I will speak only good words
I will say to myself be strong! Be sharp like swords-OracLe

This day on, I vow to feed my soul over my stomach,
Move from worry to wonder hoping I’d get wiser.

Eat more veggies, get divorced from starch,
More spices, herbs and some protein would be better.

Stop skipping breakfast and late night dinner, stay put,
Bask in nature, a lot of water will do.

Do those squats and lunges, get that sexy butt,
Jump some ropes and detox too.

This day on, I vow to feed my soul over my stomach,
Move from worry to wonder hoping I’d get wiser.-Hijab Gurl

Today i am good. I didn’t lose the beauty that peeked through this smile
I will wear her cute and hope to let her flow like the river Nile

Into days of Holy Grail when doubt picks up my trail
Incense on garlic and a wrapped word of hope sent in a mail

Sweats on shuttles and rackets meets with wrists, reflexes and speed
Pyjamas, pears, ginger ales, night caps and sex siting on Digests to read

Smoothies, kool aid, energy boost, apples and avocado
Paper piles, deadlines, workloads; a workaholic hero

Today i am good. I didn’t lose the beauty that peeked through this smile
I will wear her cute and hope to let her flow like the river Nile. – Leon

A soothing talk with God for my soul’s cool
That i may run from evil, be no fool

In calm meditation my mind awakes,
Negative auras and thoughts it brakes

Organic fresh fruits and vegetables,
Adorns my heart, disease it disables

I lure my tongue to speak healing and truth
Long walks at the end to maintain my youth

A soothing talk with God for my soul’s cool
That i may run from evil, be no fool.-Omolola

Today I bask in the rising sun
Considering what to indulge and what to shun

A glass or 2 of water to start my Tuesdays
Hell yes, and all other days

Hence, I must trade football talks for evening walks
Growing my being on better stalks

Carbohydrate for the day and veggies for the night
I hope the scale is right

Today I bask in the rising sun
Considering what to indulge and what to shun. Tee2emm

Everyday I take a daily walk
With my creator who is ever ready to hear Me talk

Can I say that prayer is my health routine,
Meditating on his word calms my keen

To always say Yes even when I don’t feel Grace
Early to rise, tongues on fire I brace

My heart is guarded for issues that worn out
My path is guided for plagues that goes on about.

Everyday I take a daily walk
With my creator who is ever ready to hear Me talk.-Rachel Charles

A prayer to get my heart to start
A good thought is better than a silly rant

Breakfast for a change
A make up for when I’m out of food range

A leash for my temper
Sometimes too quick to recover

Hands on deck
For when victory arrives at my desk

A prayer to get my heart to start
A good thought is better than a silly rant.-Hybrid

Spread these dogmas, I, on the line
At the pew: they’ll all repent

I eat the fourth and higher
The third is a coward dimension

Soulish, carnal, soulish, carnal
. . . Soulish is king

Rent wrong reigns rains:
Bondage is banished – this’ ‘unbad’

Spread these dogmas, I, on the line
At the pew: they’ll all repent.-Mala

I will swallow healthy words
To keep this body and soul

for i will barter my early morning sleep
For road work just to be in fine fettle

Write poetry on every step i take
Burning calories to be hearty

Listening to the Doctor’s medical poem
As he says to me health is wealth

I will swallow healthy words
To keep this body and soul. -Bangwan

In a battle of containment.
Suffocating in sophisticated learning of A B C’s.

Like Eve in the garden.
I’d take a bite of that apple and rattle in.

A little warm bath, lemonade, few swims and great sex.
Damn am so spoilt, few crunches, punches isn’t so out of context.

I will sit and go through my haiku learning process.
Forgive my sins, my body, soul and mind are in a meeting of Congress.

In a battle of containment.
Suffocating in sophisticated learning of A B C’s. Hypermind
