These Addictions

Who will save the world?
When healers are now killers,
and we have refused to let them go,
saying addiction is not bad and evil.
But it closes doors and human hearts from freedom.
I will not dwell on my caffeine affinity history,
or why men keep trying to return between women’s legs;
Some sleeping dogs are better left to die.
Let go your loads lad!
But does anyone know when to let go?
