You are a plant after my heart
You are created to be in season
You will also blossom out of season

Bitter to taste, used for seasoning
But as light trails every darkness
So is the sweetness that follows after your taste
I made you to remind man

Joy comes in the dawn of day
Do you know, when man drinks your juice
You will help me clean out the dark of their belly
Remove the sugar that sends them home early
So they can be made whole again
