There’s something about a window pane
That puts fingers and eyes on same lane
To drive through memory’s gallops and holes
Seeking stories that walked where it rained

This isn’t the truest story they’ve been
But it is true cos words have acne too

It wasn’t longer than the train that was seen
But it is true cos words have acne too

We didn’t stay up to look for the night
But it is true cos words have acne too

He didn’t let a frame shift from his sight
But it is true cos words have acne too

Why
Wait
That long
When waiting
Is only a song?
Just mumble your way to the hook.-Leon

I’ve been looking up for heaven’s glow
misdirection, ascertain Earth’s flow.
Stars, moon, alphabets of this abacus
now manifests in few words of Rondeau.

May eyes search the phantom of this lost wheel,
so my prayers will find a bed and rest.

Shall the haven to my hill make me kneel?
So my prayers will find a bed and rest.

I will let noiseless echo of that voice
so my prayers will find a bed and rest.

When these clouds will pour or hold, its my choice
so my prayers will find a bed and rest.

Wait!
Please,
Release
this poem
And let hell be free.
cause I’m tired of this waiting. – Rudolph

Days have passed, you are still not home
Expectation’s playing me a Nome
Days fold and unfold, I am growing numb
Waiting is too cold, save me from the storm

Days and nights now wear the same ugly face
I’ll still wait for as long as it may take
My patience’s stretched pass the limits of grace
I’ll still wait for as long as it may take
My head is stuck in the jaws of the clock
I’ll still wait for as long as it may take
You seem further away as it tick-tock
I’ll still wait for as long as it may take

I’ll
Wait
In ache
Tears or pain
Hope my faith won’t fail
The prodigal son does return.-Tee2emm

I was in church; today is Sunday
Pastor said He’s coming back someday
A cliche hearts fisted upon for long
Dad’s cautions arts with tales of those days

They were all expectant of his coming;
The ten virgins all had a lamp to burn
Virtue begot souls of the five humming;
The ten virgins all had a lamp to burn
Beautifully adorn in colour;
The ten virgins all had a lamp to burn
Pestilence graced the feet of the others;
The ten virgins all had a lamp to burn

Calm
Down
Nurture
Your patience
A seed dies then grows
Fuel your lamps He’s worth waiting for.-Bamvy

Life is a wait on death, death to come
A death that’s already died for some
Before the final lap, we hope first time
Our arsenal was not trouble’s dome

Inevitable curtain call draws close
Sick and tired of the wait for the end

Lights shine the brightest only to go dark
Sick and tired of the wait for the end

Being very healthy only to fall ill
Sick and tired of the wait for the end

So is life lived only to die quick too?
Sick and tired of the wait for the end

Breath
Life
A wait
Just to die
Someday soon or late
Death keeps the gate of life’s garden.-Hybrid

Searched all over, stood till one I cling.
Sang patiently for his blood, did bling
Infirmities, casted the sin into fire.
Waited,fasted on Eagle wings

Prophesy now, this too shall pass today
Signs showed to you,the waiting is over
Trials , temptations weaknesses are pay
Signs showed to you,the waiting is over
Nailed on the cross,am no more soaked in sore
Signs showed to you,the waiting is over.
Praise,victory won.A garment I wore.
Signs showed to you,the waiting is over.

Christ
My
Present
Help in war
Blood shed for me so
My cross bears no more shame and guilt.-Rachel Charles

Tossing and turning, burning my time
Perfection lays snugged in summer’s clime
Salted lake waters haddens to ice blocks
Sand dunes alters rays of sun sometimes

I hold my breath craving for sweet release
Crushing underneath a wondering weight
Stuck between the pain that lingers to ease
Crushing underneath a wondering weight
My heart withers away unattended
Crushing underneath a wondering weight
Rolling, waiting for fate to be mended
Crushing underneath a wondering weight

Halt
The
Hand breaks
Of fate fast
From going forward
Till my life takes the rightful shape.-Vera
