Poetry: The Norm In Abnormal.

We have seen the light
But yet to conquer the night
Wrong is the new right
Stemming from the many wrong fights we fight.
Civility has coated immorality with delight
And tainted uprightness with plight.
We have a thing for the dark
We very well prefer the outside of Noah’s ark
Where we lay our insanity stark.
We took of well before the mark
Dirty linens in the open
What’s the worst that can happen?
Good deeds done in hiding
Weary of this day’s branding.
We have seen the light
But wrong is the new right
So we’d rather stay in the night.
